- The customer is responsible to provide a complete and effective delivery address.

- Usually,we will use EMS, USPS or DHL as shipping method, but not absolute.We need your signature when delivery to you. If the parcel was not delivered to your home, please go to the post office to pick up (bring your valid ID card).

- We need 12-36 hours to prepare your order after the order is paid successfully.As soon as the order sent out,usually it will takes 4-7 working days to get you there, please be more patient and contact us for any help.

- How long can I receive my order?We provide FREE SHIPPING to most countries,and usually 5 - 8 days for shipping time after sending the parcel out. You do not need to pay any freight fee or tax.If you are from Netherlands or other remote countries,or if you want faster shipping,you need to add shipping cost,we will use DHL, UPS,Fedex and so on,usually you can get the parcel in 3 - 6 days.
- Before shipping,can I cancel my order?Yes,you can.No problem.But we do not accept any cancellation after we send your order out.Hope you can understand this.

- Question: What is the return policy?
- Answer: if return, please contact our customer service firstly,we will provide you with a return address. We only accept return in the following cases: we send you the wrong size/wrong color/merchandise damaged. Returned products must be with all original packaging (complete label, if have).please take more care of the tracking return, because we are not responsible for the loss during return. Once we receive your return, please allow us 2 days to deal with it.As soon as the refund is complete,we will inform you through e-mail, the shipping cost of return needs to be afforded by yourself.
- Problem: returning parcel, do I have to pay the shipping cost?
- Answer: Yes, you need to afford it. In addition, we recommend you to track it more times during return or buy insurance.
- Problem: you do not accept refund?
- Answer: Some products can not be returned: package or label damaged/long time used/products damaged by yourself/products lost by yourself.
